Aliz Perez-Jimenez: Aliz works at Giorgio Fresh Company in Temple, Pennsylvania. She recently joined the PathStone board and is a member of the Head Start Committee. Aliz and her family have participated in the Migrant Seasonal Head Start program for over a year. She has one child enrolled in the program. She loves spending time with her family and is happy to be a part of the PathStone organization.
Andre Harper: Andre is an enrollment and family service manager at Action for a Better Community in Rochester, New York. He has been a PathStone board member for over five years and is a member of the Head Start Committee.
Arlene Wilson: Arlene is the Executive Director at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Yates County, New York. She has been a board member for fifteen years. In this role, she has served as chair of the corporate board as well as chair of the Personnel and Audit and Finance Committees. Arlene is currently a member of the Governance Committee. She is also an active member of New Bethel CME Church, where she serves as Historian, Facebook Administrator, and member of the Board of Christian Education. Arlene is an avid gardener and enjoys travel, camping, photography, podcasts, books (audio, e- and paper) and a diverse diaspora of music.
Belsy Y. Velez Gonzalez: Belsy is the Academic Director for Kids in Growth Center for Teaching in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. She was recently voted into the corporate board and is currently a member of the Direct Services Committee. Betsy is creative, responsible, and a planner who enjoys helping others.
Eric T. Shoen, CFRE: Eric is the Executive Director of Donor Relations at Brandeis University in Watertown, Massachusetts. He has been a corporate board member for ten years and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. Eric is a fundraising expert with more than 25 years of experience. He has worked with nonprofits across the country to achieve fundraising success. Eric has a bachelor of arts in Spanish from Hartwick College and is completing a Master’s degree in Project Management at Brandeis University.
Ernest A. Caswell, III: Ernest is an agricultural worker at Champlain Orchards in Milton, Vermont. He has been a corporate board member for five years and is a member of the Executive Committee, and is the Chair of the Direct Services Committee.
Fernando Santiago: Fernando is a founding partner of the law firm Santiago Burger LLP in Rochester, New York. He has been a PathStone board member for eleven years and is a member of the Executive Committee, and is the Chair of the Head Start Committee. Fernando is also a member of the Neutral Mediation Group LLC, which mediates complex commercial disputes. He has been a commercial litigator for over 30 years. In addition to serving as a board member of PathStone, he has served on a number of non-profit boards in the Rochester area.
Kevin Leysath: Kevin is the Owner and CEO of Blue Horizon Resources, LLC, a staffing firm that provides direct placement recruitment services and strategic staffing consulting, including a focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Rochester, New York. He has been a PathStone board member for over a year and is a member of the Personnel Committee. Kevin is a 20+ year experienced leader in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition at several Fortune 500 corporations. He is active in community service and youth mentoring through Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Leslie Joann Vazquez: Leslie provides maintenance support to FB Property Group in Yauco, Puerto Rico. She was recently voted into the corporate board and is a member of the Direct Services Committee. Leslie is a community leader and disaster volunteer for the Red Cross.
Luis Molina: Luis is a manager for Maugeri Farms in New Jersey. He has been a part of the PathStone board for over 20 years serving first as alternate board member before being elected as a PathStone board member. Luis is currently a member of the Direct Services Committee of the board. Luis sees his mission as being the voice for others. He knows the farmworkers’ struggles, and he wishes to contribute to making a difference.
Monique Oliva: Monique is a child caregiver at Home Child Care in Brockport, New York. She has been a corporate board member for eight years and serves as the board’s Secretary. Monique is currently a member of the Executive Committee and the Chair of the Personnel Committee. Monique has been providing childcare for over 20 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in health science and is completing her Master’s degree in Social Work. Monique is the mother of three children and has two granddaughters.
Orlando J. Ortiz: Orlando is a Manufacturing Manager at Gleason Works and a Real Estate Investor and Property Manager in Rochester, New York. He has been a corporate board member for five years. In this role, he has served as Chair of the Housing and Economic Development Committee and Chair of The Housing Council affiliate board. Orlando is presently the Chair of the PathStone board and member of the Executive Committee and Governance Committee.
Patrick Tobin: Patrick is the owner of Patrick Tobin, LLC, a financial consulting firm in Rochester, New York. He has been a corporate board member for two years. Currently, he is the Chair of the Housing and Economic Development Committee and a member of the Audit and Finance Committee of the board and also a board member of the PathStone Development Corporation affiliate board. Patrick has over 40 years of experience in real estate development and finance. He held several management positions in regional banking, including Fleet Bank and S&T Bank. Patrick was also the Director of Development for DePaul Group, Rochester, NY, where he developed and managed various senior, mixed-use, and affordable housing. He then became the President of Living Communities, LLC, a housing development firm. Patrick is the Rochester Senior Advisor for Bank on Buffalo (CNB Financial Corp. of Pennsylvania Division), entering the Greater Rochester area and other financial consulting under Patrick Tobin, LLC. He is also the volunteer developer for REACH Advocacy, Inc., developing a 14-unit Tiny Home Village in Rochester.
Patricia Mogan: Patricia is the Standards for Excellence Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations in Halifax, Pennsylvania. She has been a corporate board member for 16 years and is a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Governance Committee. Tish has developed and implemented the Standards for Excellence Program in Pennsylvania, one of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations’ premier programs. Previous experiences include teaching junior high and high school for over 20 years and directing a nonprofit organization from the ground up. With graduate degrees in Theology and an MBA in Nonprofit Management, Tish thrives on working with nonprofit organizations to implement strong infrastructures with a strong focus on ethics and accountability.
Ralph M. Sinistro: Ralph is the Ohio Means Job Center Manager for the Summit County Department of Job and Family Services in Kent, Ohio. He has been a corporate board member for five years and is presently the Vice-Chair of the board. Ralph is the Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee as well as a member of the Executive Committee, Direct Services Committee, and Governance Committee. American job center operator and convener of community workforce partners in Summit County, Ohio. Has led workforce initiatives at the local, state, and national levels and represented the City of Akron and Summit County as a Trustee on the US Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Council for over 15 years.
Ricardo Hernandez: Ricardo is a farmworker at Halls Farm in Adams County, Pennsylvania. He recently joined the PathStone board and is a member of the Direct Services Committee. Ricardo has done farm work the majority of his life. He is a single father of two and coach of his son’s wrestling team. Ricardo is always looking for ways to give back to his community.
Todd Carter: Todd is an equipment operator at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in Carbon County. He recently joined the PathStone board and is a member of the Head Start Committee. Todd is the vice president of the Carbon County Head Start/Early Head Start Parent Committee and the Carbon County Policy Council. He has two foster children enrolled in the Head Start Program: Leah and Dominic. Todd and his wife are foster parents to three children in total. They have been foster parents since 2019. Todd is very active in his church as the Pastor of God’s Missionary Church, and community.
Wilma Alejandro: Wilma is a Relationship Officer at Banco Popular in Puerto Rico. She has been a PathStone board member for over four years and is a member of the Housing and Economic Development Committee as well as a board member of the PathStone Development Corporation affiliate board and the PathStone Enterprise Center affiliate board. Wilma is committed to the economic and social development of less advantaged communities.
Yvonne C. Thompson: Yvonne is the Executive Director for the City of Muncie Human Rights in Muncie, Indiana. She has been a corporate board member for seven years. Currently, she is a member of the Housing and Economic Development Committee and board member of the PathStone Development Corporation and PathStone Housing Corporation of Indiana affiliate boards.
